Bathrooms servicing the 357 apartments were built using the Sync Building System, a technology which allows the bathrooms to be constructed off-site on an assembly line. This method of construction, while only reasonably new, ensures bathrooms are constructed to a higher quality standard while reducing the fit out time when compared to traditional bathrooms. Installed in each of the modular bathrooms is a STIEBEL ELTRON DEL instantaneous water heater. The compact design and simple connection of STIEBEL electric instantaneous water heaters allows for installation in bathroom cupboards, working well with the modular bathroom design and maximising usable space in the apartments.
