Who is this program for?

Our program is perfect for both new and experienced installers who want to deepen their technical knowledge of STIEBEL ELTRON hydronic heat pumps.

Does this program link to the Technischer Partner program?

No, it’s a separate program. Being a Technischer Partner does not offer any advantages here. The Heat Pump Installer Partner program is dedicated to enhancing technical skills through classroom learning, with a focus on the quality of installation.

Is prior learning acknowledged and transferable?

The STIEBEL ELTRON Installer Partner program is new with its own course structure and benefits. If you’ve attended previous workshops, we’ll review your experience individually to determine any additional training needed to achieve silver or gold status.

Are we providing unlimited ISGs to Installer Partners?

Once you reach silver or gold status, you’ll receive an ISG for each installation. We’ll keep track of these, and they must be recorded on Servicewelt to continue receiving them. A yearly refresher course will also be required.

What do the silver and gold benefits of the ‘access to extended warranty program’ entail?

As part of our 100 Years 100 Months Warranty Program, the heat pump must be installed by either an approved STIEBEL ELTRON contractor or a silver/gold installer partner. Achieving silver certification makes installers eligible for this program, allowing customers to claim an 8-year warranty. This warranty is subject to annual servicing and other conditions.

How does the extended warranty program differ to the STIEBEL ELTRON maintenance packages?
The annual maintenance packages offered by Stiebel are one pathway to uphold the 8-year extended warranty. The premium package can extend this to 10 years peace of mind. This pathway is offered directly through STIEBEL ELTRON by STIEBEL ELTRON technicians.

What’s the difference between silver and gold status?
Aside from the additional merchandise benefits, gold partners are also authorised to handle commissioning and repairs on our behalf.
