Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry. Submitting an entry in the STIEBEL ELTRON 2025 Trade Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors and agents of the promoter, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion runs from 1 April 2025 (00:00 AEST) to 30 May 2025 (23:59 AEST).
4. To enter, customers must purchase an eligible STIEBEL ELTRON product during the promotional period and submit a valid entry via the online form at stiebel-eltron.com.au/dkpromo2025.
5. Eligible products include: HOT 2.6 boiling water unit with 3-in-1 tap, and Design Kollektion taps including Goose and Fixed taps for SNU Plus.
6. As part of the entry, customers must answer the following question in 25 words or less: “Describe your perfect tea or coffee moment.”
7. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme.
8. There will be two judging rounds:
   • Round 1: Entries received between 1 April – 29 April 2025. Winners announced 30 April 2025.
   • Round 2: Entries received between 30 April – 30 May 2025. Winners announced 1 June 2025.
9. The prize pool includes:
   • 2 x $500 VISA Gift Cards
   • 4 x STIEBEL ELTRON Panel Heaters (your choice of CNS Trend, CNS Trend M 1-2kW)
   • 10 x $50 VISA Gift Cards
   Prizes will be distributed across both rounds at the promoter’s discretion.
10. Each customer may enter multiple times with separate eligible purchases, but only one entry per product purchase is permitted.
11. All entries become the property of the promoter. By entering, participants grant the promoter a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use their entry (including name) for promotional purposes.
12. Winners will be contacted by email or phone and published at stiebel-eltron.com.au/dkpromo2025.
13. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure their contact details are correct. The promoter takes no responsibility for inability to contact winners due to incorrect or outdated details.
