Griffith Hydronic Heating

Dawson Heating & Cooling installed a new hydronic heating system in this beautiful home in Griffith, ACT. The slab is kept warm via an efficient Stiebel Eltron hydronic heat pump.

Being reverse cycle the system has the ability to both cool and heat, with air conditioning provided to the home via 2 Temperzone water-cooled fan coil units. Individual rooms are zoned with a Schneider control system to provide independent temperature control in each zone. Flangeless linear bar grilles and slot diffusers are providing a contemporary finish while distributing conditioned air throughout. The customer is now enjoying their new and very warm home.
