Reside on Money is a boutique development of 22 apartments, architecturally designed to complement the character of the streetscape of Northbridge, WA.
This is the first multi-residential Stiebel Eltron geothermal heat pump installation in WA. Delivering domestic hot water to the apartments, this geothermal system harnesses excess energy generated by the solar PV and stores thermal energy in the form of hot water. By utilising renewable energy via the solar PV system, the Stiebel Eltron Heat pump can efficiently deliver hot water whilst saving on associated costs to run the system.
Designed for residential and commercial complexes, the STIEBEL ELTRON WPF Geothermal Heat Pump demonstrates the advancement of heat pump technology. A winner of multiple design awards, the unit features cascade control, allowing additional units to be started depending on peak loads.
