Ferrars & York is a distinguished development of 22 carbon-neutral apartments, located just 100 meters from South Melbourne Market. This project has garnered acclaim as the 2024 Victorian Architecture Awards Multiple Housing Category Winner and the 2023 Architecture & Design Sustainability Awards 'Best of the Best' Winner, celebrating excellence in climate-resilient design and sustainable construction.

Ardency Kennedy Place, situated in the heart of Richmond, Victoria, stands as a testament to luxury living for individuals aged 55 and above. Once the renowned Channel Nine building, this historic landmark has undergone a transformation into a haven of sophistication and comfort, curated to provide residents with an exceptional lifestyle experience.

Upstate Studios partnered with STIEBEL ELTRON to tackle issues of condensation and CO2 buildup at their Torquay location. Recognising the potential for unchecked condensation to lead to mould problems, the studio sought a proactive solution.

This energy efficient home, located in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges in Victoria, received an upgrade to their heating system. A Stiebel Eltron WPL 25 Inverter heat pump was selected to replace their existing 20-year-old heat pump.
