The Byron Bay Boutique Hotel sets new design standards in boutique hotels and retail developments within Byron Bay. This concept incorporates 24 hotel rooms over three stories, each with a STIEBEL ELTRON DEL 18 PLUS water heater installed in the joinery, providing constant hot water to all common areas and commercial kitchens.

Located at the entrance of Barangaroo, International House Sydney has a 6 Star Green Star for Office Design and is targeting the same As Built rating. Among the energy-efficient design elements are 20 electric instantaneous hot water units by STIEBEL ELTRON.

The Clarence Correctional Centre, located in Lavadia (approximately 12.5 kilometres southeast of Grafton), will accommodate 1,700 inmates.
