Upstate Studios partnered with STIEBEL ELTRON to tackle issues of condensation and CO2 buildup at their Torquay location. Recognising the potential for unchecked condensation to lead to mould problems, the studio sought a proactive solution.

This 15-level A-grade commercial building in Victoria, developed by Mirvac and designed by Architectus, showcases an all-electric hot water plant with heat pump technology. The project achieves a 4.5-star NABERS Energy Rating and a 6-star NABERS Water Rating, highlighting its commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability.

The Vogue Apartments are located in South Yarra, one of the most popular and vibrant lifestyle destinations in Australia. This project is a testament to innovative and eco-friendly technology, as it boasts one of the largest instant hot water initiatives in the country.

STIEBEL ELTRON is proud to be part of one of the biggest building projects in the Melbourne CBD, the 69-level tower of 568 Collins St. Featuring a decentralised hot water system powered by STIEBEL ELTRON.
