The first large scale building in the southern hemisphere to achieve passive house certification was built this year at Monash University in the form of a new student residence. STIEBEL ELTRON supplied and commissioned three air sourced hydronic heat pumps to supply hot water for the 150 room student accommodation project.

Melbourne's skyline provides a spectacular backdrop for the Central South Yarra residential landmark. Built using modular bathrooms, instantaneous electric water heaters were ideal for this relatively new method of construction.
